By making small changes rather than dramatic changes will promote sustainable weight management and can result in significant reductions in body weight over time. We will focus on food and lifestyle choices that promote increased metabolism including high density nutrient whole foods. A whole food plan offers every essential nutrient the body needs to function efficiently.
You will be actively participating in health questionnaires, food logs, biometric assessments, nutritional analysis, meal planning and supplementation, and lifestyle evaluation including physical exercise and stress management.
One of the most important parts of a successful healthy weight plan is achieving an understanding and awareness about your physical and emotional self as well your environment and your surroundings, and with a strong belief that your goals are attainable. Education is a key component in reaching that level of consciousness. Whether we are providing food to our bodies for nourishment, healing, building or maintenance, the distinction is quality not quantity.
Become an intuitive eater; be mindful and in control of your emotions, focus on satisfaction, feeling good, and most important, respect your body and who you are!
